Tatiana Khamazina

A brief summary

Tatiana Khamazina has been working in the field of risk management for 8 years. Currently she is the head of operational risk management at one of the top - 5 largest private banks in Ukraine. Before joining Bank, Tatiana worked in the company's risk management and project risk management. She has designs on building systems of risk management and internal control systems for industrial companies (metallurgy, food), and manage project risks of construction projects (commercial real estate, steel mills).

Tatiana’s experience includes: development of a methodology of risk management and internal control, building the organizational structure, description of duties; development of risk maps (corporate/project) , developing an action plan to minimize risks; formation of an information environment in risk management. She has excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain business relationships at all levels of the organization and different corporate cultures.

Tatiana has a degree in Economics, Dnepropetrovsk University of Economics and Law. She trained on the course "Financial Risk Management" in the CEA Risk Management at Academy. Plekhanov (Moscow). Currently she is teaching at the Institute of Risk Management (London) to obtain the International Diploma in Risk Management.
